Sandy college student manages painting crew for summer work
Summer for a college student includes a little rest and relaxation after a long year of studying, and also the dreaded summer job. But for Sandy’s AJ Schnell, a freshman at Oregon State University, that job will be managing his own business.

Emmie Yeiter, a 2008 graduate of Gold Beach High School, is preparing for a summer internship with College Works Painting, a company that trains college students to run their own summer business painting houses.
The internship work experience is aimed at helping to prepare interns with experience that will help them understand successful business practices, as well as pay for a college education.
